1.Try before you pay
Every institution can start free with up to 1,000 enquiries and all modules, so you can test the platform with your own team before buying a plan.
2.First 14 days of a paid plan
If you buy a plan and decide within 14 days that it is not right for your institution, you can request a full refund of the plan fee, provided fewer than 2,000 enquiries have been processed on the paid plan.
3.After 14 days
Plan fees cover a full admission season and are not refunded after the first 14 days. You keep access until the end of the season, and you can export your data at any time.
4.Moving to a different plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the difference for the remaining season.
- Downgrades take effect from the next season. No partial refund is made for the current season.
5.Additional enquiries
Charges for additional enquiries beyond your plan limit are billed for enquiries already received and are not refundable.
6.Third-party charges
WhatsApp conversation charges, telephony minutes and payment gateway fees are billed by those providers and follow their own refund terms.
7.Fees paid by families
Application fees, seat confirmation amounts and instalments paid by students and families go directly to the institution. Refunds of those fees follow the institution's own published refund rules. Families should contact the institution directly.
8.How to request a refund
Send a request through the contact page with your institution name and the email used to sign up. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
